Welcome to TaoFlow. By using taoflow.space (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them — they include an important note about what the Service is and is not.

1. What TaoFlow is

TaoFlow offers readings based on the I Ching (the Book of Changes) for the purpose of self-reflection, perspective, and personal insight. Readings are generated with the help of AI and are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Not professional advice

Readings are for reflection and entertainment only. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other advice, and must not be relied upon as such. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payments

Some features may be offered as paid one-time readings. Prices are shown before purchase. Because readings are delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a paid reading fails to generate, contact us and we’ll make it right.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and no automated scraping or resale of readings.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its content are owned by TaoFlow. The personal reading you receive is yours to keep and use for personal purposes.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaoFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on a reading.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
